It enables the customer to work with the expertise and knowledge of a PB tec representative. With the use of the Microsoft HoloLens and Remote Assist, the PB tec representative can assist the customers with the process of installing and making their machines operational without having the be on-site; it can be done from a remote location. The customer can call the PB tec representative by using the HoloLens and then making a call through Remote Assist. The PB tec representative can explain everything by only needing Microsoft Teams and a computer.
What is the payoff
PB tec can now send their employees on-site without leaving the building with the implementation of Remote Assist – they can go through the machine installation remotely. This is not the only advantage; if any problems are occurring with the machinery and the customers do not have to knowledge to be able to solve it themselves, PB tec can assist them with the fixing of the problem without having to travel.
