Challenge
Most of the machines Rademaker sells are for customers located abroad. Due to COVID-19 restrictions and the ever-growing struggle to find skilled personal Rademaker wanted to be more efficient. The reduce the workload and support customers (even when travelling is not possible) Rademaker was looking for a solution to digitize this process.

The solution for Rademaker was the HoloLens 2 in combination with Dynamics 365 Remote Assist. First, it was used for remote commissioning of new machines, but later on, the tool was also used to digitize other processes like Remote Sales demos, help during preventative maintenance, and remote training. Because Dynamics 365 Remote Assist is built on teams other parties (like customers and/or suppliers) can easily connect via teams. As a result of implementing this innovative solution, Rademaker increased its efficiency, can help customers quickly and (even though there are still travel restrictions) can help customers across the globe.
