2:00 PM – 2:30 PM: Customer case #1: Heineken onboarding experience
Onboarding new employees is 1 of the biggest challenges of global operating companies. Heineken was looking for a differentiating experience to amaze their new hires with virtual ‘welcome aboard experience’ in the Heineken 3D world, including a factory tour and the possibility to meet in a virtual bar.

2:30 PM – 3:00 PM: Customer case #2:  Safety training VR experience
This construction firm was an early adopter of virtual reality. In this session they will share insights and lessons learned. Their latest project is an immersive experience, meeting colleagues in their virtual innovation hub (supported by Microsoft Mesh).

3:15 PM – 3:45 PM: Roundtable discussion: How to create a business case for VR training applications? Input from several L&D managers 
A lot of L&D managers see the potential of new (VR) learning technologies, but struggle to convince C-Level. In this interactive discussion we are exploring how companies like GEA and NS did this.

3:45 PM – 4:15 PM: Customer case #3: Transition from onsite -> Digital (3D) training at the GEA Academy
GEA is an international machinery manufacturer with factories and customers around the globe. Whilst machines are scattered around the globe training of technicians is mostly done locally, causing a lot of unnecessary travel (cost). Learn how GEA Academy launched a new initiative to train people globally how to service and maintain their machines using VR.
